This restaurant has an intriguing story and concept. They explored the local ingredients and preparations from different regions of India, including saffron picking in Kashmir, rice brews in Nagaland, bebinca in Goa, and the iconic pandhra rassa in Maharashtra. The word Musaafer, meaning “traveler” in Hindi, comes from these adventures.
