If you book an airport pickup, automated flight tracking is included, so we adjust your pickup time if needed. At any time, if you need to change your booking or add a special request, contact our 24/7 multilingual customer service, either by phone, email or social media.
On the day of your ride, you and your driver will receive text messages with each other’s contact information at least one hour before your scheduled pickup. All pickups include 15 minutes of wait time, and airport and train station pickups include 60 minutes of wait time. And if you need to cancel, it’s free with a one-hour notice.
