Continuing our quest to provide chauffeur service across the globe, we are proud to announce we now offer service in Seville.
Seville is the perfect place to walk through the annals of Spanish history. It even snagged the top spot on Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel 2018 list.
The Andalusian capital is full of stunning Gothic architecture, with the Seville Cathedral at the center. On top of that, Seville is home to several palaces, most notably The Real Alcázar. The oldest royal palace that is still lived in by royal family, the building is a beautiful example of Mudéjar architecture. The palace (as well as other parts of Seville) have been used as shooting locations for Lawrence of Arabia, Kingdom of Heaven, and Game of Thrones, in case you needed a few more reasons to visit.
For those seeking something a little more modern, check out the Metropol Parasol. This geometric wooden structure (affectionately nicknamed the “Mushrooms”) doesn’t just shield the plaza below from the sun, it also serves as a walkway. Take a stroll on top of the Mushrooms for an elevated view of the city.
If all this talk of mushrooms is making you hungry, Seville is a fantastic place to be a foodie. Tapas are the best way to sample a little of everything Spanish cuisine has to offer, and you can follow it up with some fresh churros from a street cart.
Seville is also known for Flamenco dancing, so be sure to take in a performance. Better yet, have your chauffeur take you to a Flamenco club to try it out yourself.
