Our commitment to connecting the world was strengthened as we extended our City-to-City service, linking metropolitan areas through 200 routes in 14 countries. Chauffeur Hailing in Miami: Immediate Pick-ups Launched
In the vibrant city of Miami, we introduced immediate pickups with Chauffeur Hailing, ensuring swift and seamless travel experiences. Your time is precious, and we aim to make every moment count. We also provide On-demand in Dubai – and stay tuned for more news here in 2024!

Quality is at the core of what we do. This year, we went the extra mile by organizing in-person Blacklane Chauffeur Academy trainings, focusing on safety, service quality, and cultural awareness with our chauffeurs. It’s our commitment to ensuring that every ride with Blacklane exceeds your expectations.
Safety First: Maintaining a Remarkably Low Accident Rate
Your safety is our top priority. We are one of the safest mobility services globally with only two moderate accidents per 1,000,000 miles / 1.609.000 kilometers.
Awards and Accolades: Celebrating Success Together
The recognition we’ve received this year is a testament to our collective achievements. Winning 10 prestigious awards, including ‘Travel Partner of the Year – Chauffeur Provider’ and ‘Best Car Service,’ fills us with pride and gratitude.
Making Miracles Come True with Miracle Flights
Blacklane has donated 1,500 chauffeured rides to Miracle Flights, our partner charity that provides free flights and airport transfers for children in need of medical care and their families. The 1,500th ride was personally conducted by me, driving little Harris and her family. It was a truly emotional experience to witness firsthand how our joint efforts provide peace of mind today for a better tomorrow.
Driving Change: Achieving a Carbon-Neutral Ride Experience
In our pursuit of a carbon-free future, we made significant strides by increasing the number of rides in electric vehicles, providing 15% of our rides globally in EVs in 2023. In Dubai, we took a significant step toward a sustainable future by increasing our all-electric fleet tenfold with the introduction of Mercedes-Benz EQS-SUVs. It’s our way of contributing to a greener tomorrow while maintaining the luxurious experience you deserve.
From Milestones to Swift Sprints: A Year of Unforgettable Travels
From covering a distance of 1,265 miles / 2,036 km in our longest Blacklane ride to a swift 1 mile / 1,5 km journey in our shortest, our chauffeur partners aim to make every stay on board with us a unique experience. Altogether, our chauffeurs have covered an impressive 35,418,517 miles / 57,188,197 kilometers throughout the year.
Time Well Spent: 78,184,250 Minutes Traveling with Blacklane
The total time our chauffeur partners spent on the road was 1,303,070 hours and 50 minutes. This equals 149 years on the road in your service!
