Heathrow Lounges, Terminal 5
British Airways Concorde Room – a classic Heathrow T5 lounge
Found in the South Concourse after security, this lounge offers a range of facilities including table service, specialty coffee, alcoholic beverages, and relaxation rooms. The British Airways lounge at Heathrow is open 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.
The lounge is available to British Airways first-class and Concorde Card holders.
British Airways Galleries – relax and unwind in this Heathrow lounge
British Airways operates two Galleries from Terminal 5, the First Lounge and the Club Lounge. The First Lounge is accessible to Emerald members and those traveling First Class and is found on the South Concourse after security. The lounge offers runway views, table service, and spa treatments.

British Airways Galleries Arrivals Lounge – freshen up in this Heathrow gem
Before you leave LHR, stop in at one of two British Airways Galleries Arrivals Lounges available at Heathrow, located in Terminals 3 and 5, where you can freshen up with a shower or treat yourself at Elemis Travel Spa. Both lounges are open daily from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Falcon Gold Gulf Air Lounge – a modern, elegant Heathrow lounge option
Boasting 600 square metres of modern architecture and contemporary design, this lounge offers panoramic views of the runway and apron. Treat yourself to the self-service buffet and well-stocked bar or organize meetings from the lounge’s Business Centre. The lounge is located next to Gate 7 and is open 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.

Malaysia Airlines Lounge – taste the flavors of Malaysia in this stylish lounge
Malaysia Airlines’ lounge sits near Gate 6 and is open four hours before departure flights. There is a hot buffet and à la carte menu available, showcasing both Malaysian and international fare. The space is split into a dining room and a smaller area with couches.

Qatar Airways Premium Lounge – wash off a long flight in this Heathrow lounge
Located on level 2 of Terminal 4 at LHR, this lounge offers a water display, an open theatre-style kitchen and deli counter, and large showers complete with complimentary towels and linens.

American Airlines Admirals Club – recharge in this Heathrow lounge
This airport lounge can be found in lounge area H on the departure level of Terminal 3. The space offers free Wi-Fi, computer access, children’s play areas and shower facilities. The lounge is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The lounge is available to Admirals Club members, First and Business Class guests, qualifying AAdvantage members flying with the airline, guests on flights marketed and operated by oneworld airlines, and Admirals Club pass customers.
Regus Express Business Lounge – a space where you can work away from the office
This flexible workspace can be found above the Virgin Atlantic check-in area. The lounge offers private office spaces and a dozen meeting rooms to hold a meeting in before you board. The lounge also offers five showers and is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Aspire Lounge – where individual pods help you unwind between flights
Open from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily, this lounge offers a wide selection of hot and cold food options as a range of drinks, including, at an additional cost, champagne and cocktails. At the Cathay Pacific Lounge located in Lounge C near Gate 11, you can have a meal from the lounge’s Food Hall or Noodle Bar and take a seat near the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy runway views. Located on level 5 are Lufthansa’s Senator and Business Lounges. These spaces are open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and offer a range of amenities, including quiet rooms, office units, and Wi-Fi. The Business Lounge buffet offers snacks and drinks, and there is a shower with fresh towels and hair dryer available.
Both lounges are available to Lufthansa and SWISS First Class ticket holders, Star Alliance First Class ticket holders, Star Alliance Gold card members, Miles & More Hon Circle members, or Senator card holders flying with Lufthansa.
Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge – a Heathrow lounge inspired by the Irish landscape
Positioned on level 5 in the main departures area, Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge offers floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the southern runway. The open plan seating area is inspired by the Irish landscape and hosts a buffet style selection of dry foods and a range of drinks. The lounge is open from 5:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.

Open from 5 a.m. daily, two Plaza Premium Lounges can be found in Terminal 2 at Heathrow International Airport (LHR), one on level 4 and another on level 5. Opposite Gate B46 sits the United Club, open 5 a.m. through to 10 p.m. daily. With a number of shower facilities available, the lounge offers the perfect way to relax after you’ve stepped off a long haul flight. Wi-Fi, printer access, and private phone booths make this lounge a great spot to catch up on some work.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge – sample treats from the à la carte dining menu
This 208-seat lounge is separated into First and Business Class passengers and can be found near gate B36. Walk past a batik design screen and into the designer space, where First Class offers not only a self-service buffet area but also an à la carte dining menu, with items rotated regularly. The Business Class lounge offers seating for 158 passengers, a professional bar service, and shower facilities. The lounge is open daily between 5:30 a.m. and 10 p.m.
The lounge is available to Singapore Airlines club members flying with the airline, as well as Business Class and first Class ticket holders with the airline.
Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge – enjoy a bistro meal before your next flight
Air Canada’s lounge can be found on level 1 and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The space features a tended bar, a large shower area, a bistro where chefs cook regularly, and a quiet area with relaxation pods.
