Recently, we’ve been noticing an increased volume of chauffeurs and LSPs trying to contact us through the Customer Care line, so we’d like to remind you of the quickest and easiest ways to get in touch with our Partner Care Team.
If you’re having an issue, the best way to get it resolved is to message the Partner Care Team using the new chat feature via the app. You can easily find the chat feature by viewing the ride details for an ongoing or upcoming ride, tapping on “Extras”, and then “Chat with Blacklane”. You can also find the chat in the Partner Portal.
However, if you do have to call us, please use the dedicated Partner Care line, not the Customer Care line. That way, we can prioritize your call properly and you’ll experience shorter wait times, which means quicker resolutions to your problems.
The phone number for your regional partner line can be found at the bottom of ride confirmation emails, or you can tap on “Call Blacklane”, which is also located in the “Extras” tab of your ride details. Be sure to save your local Partner Care number in your phone contacts for easy access.
