It has been three months since we announced our first round of Silver Partner Prestige Club members. In that time, many Silver Partners have earned Gold status with their consistently excellent service, as rated by travelers!
We interviewed two of the new Gold Members to find out their reaction to receiving the second level of the Partner Prestige Club:

We will save the internal announcement for our Christmas party, though – it’s a special occasion to reward our drivers since it’s their achievement, and they’re the face to the customer. This award makes us especially proud as there are very few players in this industry who come forward to acknowledge performance and quality in this way.”
